Priyanka Kapoor

I’m a psychotherapist, psychologist and relationship counselling. I’m also certified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) & NLP (Neuro linguistic programming), DBT, ACT AND GESTALT.

I also use Bach flower Therapy for replacing the drugs or medicines used by the clients for emotional issues. I’m also a certified Life coach which is a great help for those people who needs a right direction in life and want a happy and content life.

 

When do you need a Lifecoach and a Therapist

You don’t have to be diagnosed with a mental health problem to benefit from therapy. Many people in therapy seek help for everyday concerns such as relationship problems, job stress, or self-doubt etc. Others turn to therapy during difficult times, such as a divorce. But in order to reap its benefits, it’s important to choose the right therapist—someone you trust who makes you feel comfortable, trustworthy and experienced.

I have an integrated approach of helping my clients. I develop good rapport with my clients and also develop trust among us. They sessions are confidential and absolutely result and solution oriented. Undivided attention and professionalism give my clients optimum results.
